“Senior Night” at Music Camp

Dear Senior Parents,

“Senior Night” at Music Camp this year will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016.  Parents and family members are invited to attend this evening at Camp Tapawingo in Sweden, Maine.

If you and family members plan on attending, please email me the total number of guests as soon as possible (or by 8/12/2016 ).  I will need to know the number of people attending so I may inform the kitchen of the number meals needed.  This is very important as the kitchen only makes the allotted number of dinners.  Dinner is served at 6:00 pm.  Please schedule your arrival time between 5:15 and 5:45. Just a note, parents sit together during the meal, not with their students.

Please let us know of any special needs you may have when you plan to come visit. Some dietary considerations can be made in advance, for example a vegetarian or vegan meal and attention to meal preparation regarding allergies.

You will need to arrange accommodations in the local area if you plan on staying the night. Please use a reputable travel website like Trip Advisor to book your accommodations in the Bridgton, ME area. There are many beautiful B & B’s and hotel/motels in the area.

Sincerely,

Lisa Silletti
