Planning Discussion for Upcoming Events

  1. Dec 8 The Day House
  2. Dec 19 Elementary Celtic String Tour – asking for a parent to assist Sam & Annika’s parents
  3. Need to Confirm Fine Arts Semiformal with Four Points for this year so we can start selling tickets.  Last year we had 70 kids and the Small Room worked better for size.  The Semi is designed for the Fine Arts kids to all go together.  No guests from other towns or guests at all.
    • Semi-Formal Cost $4,000 last year 6-10pm.
  4. MB Hoodies – nobody is doing it.  Seniors come up usually with the design.  We will ask seniors to prepare one.

Ways & Means

  • Upcoming Fundraisers
    • Dany will talk to Chipotle’s and set a date
    • Jake & Joe’s
    • Humble Pie
    • Friendly’s

Other business

  • Great East Festival:
    • Always over $100/student so it’s expensive.  They play the Festival and then to Six Flags.  $75 ticket includes Park Admission and Festival Fee.
    • Haven’t participated like we used to since Covid.
    • A question came up of why PMA can’t help with this cost?  Would we consider helping so the cost is less per family.
    • We need the head count in March because Jeff has to make a Deposit by Feb and the balance 1 month out.
    • Can PMA start covering the cost of the Bus?  That was about $40 a kid.
    • Approved
    • Jeff will look into some Coach Bus Companies
