RAIN OR SHINE!
Below is the itinerary and logistics for the Great East Festival. Elementary students have been placed in groups of 7-14 students with at least one adult chaperone. These students will need to remain with their group and chaperone for the entire day. Please understand that all of these times are subject to change. If you are planning on attending the festival we recommend you get there early. If things are moving ahead of schedule groups may be asked to perform early.
IMPORTANT:
Parents may accompany their children in the park if they choose but please DO NOT take your child away from his/her group. For safety reasons, they need to stay with their group for the ENTIRE DAY. Any student that does not plan on going home on the bus MUST provide a written note to their ensemble director at least 1 weeks prior to the festival. It is important to the staff and chaperones that we do not have any confusion at departure time. There are over 100 students going on this trip and safety is of the upmost importance. Thank you for understanding and abiding by these guidelines.
Students should arrive in their casual concert dress: Blue Jeans, Gold Honor Ensemble t-shirt, and sneakers. Please do not be late. The bus will leave without you.
